I know this is a stretch but...has anyone tried this diet? Any success? Do you really lose weight as fast as they claim? What do you eat? What can't you eat? I need DETAILS....

omg! its the only diet ive ever done that works 4 me! i swear on my life if u do it you will lose like 5 pounds a week!! 20 carbs a day isnt many but its sooooo worth it. lots of meat cheese and salad! and if u drink alot of water it helps. i do it every year around this time to get ready for summer and i always will i hate to work out so its perfect for me
