Is this plan possible?

Starting Monday the 19th I will eat healthier (veggies, fruits, less calories, smaller portions etc.) And for exercise I will have track every day (except Sat and Sun). Could I lose 15 pounds by the Summer?
Answer:
If you eat that way and do all the running. U will lose those 15 lbs.
yes, you can and that's a great plan for doing it. the safest amount of weight loss is 2 pounds a week.
You can, but it will be very hard to eat just veggies and fruits as your meals. You will want to eat a fat free food diet. That has helped me loose two pounds a week. And that is the safest way to loose weight.
