Is this Subway sandwich ok to eat during dieting?

the roasted oven chicken 6 inch sandwich with wheat bread, lettuce and tomato, thats it. The Subway website says it has 330 calories and 5.0 g of fat, what do you think will I gain significant weight if I eat this say 3 times a week
Answer:
By itself, it's a good lunch. The question is what ELSE do you eat during the day. If you eat sensible breakfasts and dinners, with minimal snacking during other times, you should be just fine!! However, if you eat lots of eggs, bacon and cheese for breakfast and a huge dinner and you snack all day long, then the subway sandwich mentioned above won't be of great benefit to you. It's all about moderation. How much weight do you want to lose? Good luck.
SOUNDS OKAY WITH ME AND SOUNDS VERY HEALTHY ROASTED CHICKEN , TOMATOE , LETTUCE AND WHEAT BREAD IS ALL GOOD FOR DIETS
No mayo %26 no cheese..then you should be fine.
yes, I think it's ok because it is low in fat. Not much fat is involved.
It depends what else you eat the rest of the day. Also, what HAVE you been eating that this is going to replace? In the great scheme of things, its a lot better than an Cheeseburger.....
If you are a normal-sized adult, if that was ALL you ate, it is likely you would lose weight. Putting mayonaisse or salad dressing on this sandwich will make its calorie content explode. However, it sure tastes good. There is no magic about losing weight. It is a matter of burning more calories than you eat. Get professional advice or join a reputable weight loss group.
I work at Subway, and the roasted chicken, while it still has less than 8 grams of fat, isn't the best choice of meats. It is processed, which means it has a lot of sodium and different preservatives. If anything, I'd go with the turkey. It's the only meat we have that isn't processed, besides roast beef, and it is the healthiest choice. Other than that, it sounds good. Don't reduce the veggies to just lettuce and tomato (unless that is all that you like), feel free to load them up! Also, if you need some extra flavor, try the vinegar, it's really good!
No. That's probably healthier than what I eat their. I get the Subway Melt foot long on Monterrey Cheddar.
No, there's no way you can gain eating that 3 days a week, unless you're too thin to be going on a diet anyway. Good luck.
