Is too much water good or bad for you?


Answer:
try to remember to drink 1 8oz glass of water when u get up and before each meal, also in between each meal for a total of 7 to 8 glasses a day more than that for some can cause swelling.Drink them slow do not gulp it. it will help u feel full not overwhelmed. this is a safe and normal amount for weight loss and curbs that hunger felling. Too much of almost anything is not good for anything.
Bad. You can die. Seriously
More than 12 liters a day for an adult (assuming you're not in the desert) will dilute your blood and can kill you. However, 12 liters is a lot of water. You'd really have to force yourself to drink that much.
Too much water is bad for you as it causes your brain to swell. Seriously. Some colleges would have hazings to see who could drink the most water and people died because they're brains swelled.
not more than a galon a day
Like anything without moderation it is bad for you, it wears out your bladder and kidneys if you drink too much. It is possible to drink enough to die...it can cause swelling in the brain....but you have to drink A LOT for that to happen.
Surely too much of anything is bad for you. Except water. You'll piss it out if you've had enough.
