Is vitamins and water all you need for nutrition?

Answer:
If you're just on a diet with vitamins and water...you're risking malnutrition. Malnutrition is basically a condition when one doesn't have a sufficient amount of protein, fat, and carbs coming in to their diet. Prolonged malnutriton can be VERY harmful to your health!
No, you need fruits and veggies also.
and natural protein from meats too
no you need real food like fruits and veggies and maybe some meat.
No!
NO! you may not need vitamins if you eat the right kind of food. try checking the food groups and you will have an idea of what you need for you to be healthy. But you really need lots of water. we were told to drink at 8 glasses of water a day. eight is not enough. if you can take in about two liters of water a day, you will have no problem with dehydration, and you will notice that your skin will be more supple thus preventing drying up of the skin...
no.
you still need:
carbohydrate for your respiration process
protein for your energy
some amount of fat, to maintain your body normal metabolism
minerals to keep your body fluid balanced
recent studies have shown that vitamins could actually be doing you harm
