It is possible to lose about 15-20 pounds in 2 weeks? Any suggestions on how I can do it?

I am about 5'6 and about 145lbs. And I want to be around 120-130lbs. I was supposed to start this diet/exercise thing where I have to eat nothing but healthy food and exercise 30 min a day with my friend on March 5th, but since Spring Break is coming up, i need to lose weight FAST By the 25th. I run almost everday on the treadmill for 30 minutes but i keep overeating and its driving me crazy. Please give me suggestions on workout activities, what to eat etc. Thank you!!

you cannot loose 15lbs of FAT in 2 weeks....you will loose muscle water and at most 3 or 4 pounds of fat if you diet this way.....if you diet and exercise the healthy way you should loose 2 lbs of fat perweek...any excess weight is water and muscle
I did this and it absouloutely works you may feel your eating to much but I have done it whenever I get a little fat here and their.The 3 Day Diet is to be used for three days at a time. Sorry to tell you, but it is not possible or at all healthy to lose weight that quickly. If you lose weight too rapidly you lose muscle, which slows down your metabolism. Also, when you regain the weight, which you inevitably will, it will come back so you have a higher fat ratio than before. I would suggest continuing to healthy and exercise in moderation, and losing 1-2 pounds a week. A diet of all low fat foods often leads to over eating - we are not meant to deprive ourselves but to eat small or moderate portions. Developing an eating disorder for spring break is just not worth it! BTW, research indicates fad diets do not work- often leads to bingeing. Don't go on a starvation diet- you will lose mostly water weight and muscle
