Is this too much excersize?

swimming everyday [45 minutes]
track everyday [1 hour]
weight lifting/weight machines everyday [30 minutes]is this too much excersise?
Answer:
The answer is yes and no.Assuming you have a normal diet and and a healthy body, the aerobic exercises are OK, although few people would choose to work out that much. On the other hand, some people have hard physical jobs and "exercise" eight hours every day without harmful effects. By aerobic, I'm referring to the swimming, running, and other exercises that involve repetitive movements for an extended period of time to keep your heart rate and breathing rate elevated. In other words, sports that involve endurance shouldn't hurt you.The weight lifting and other anaerobic exercises are definitely not good, though. This is because heavy-duty strength and muscle building exercises work by creating microscopic tears in the muscles, and when these tiny tears heal the muscle becomes stronger. If you keep working the muscle every day, you don't give the muscle time to heal, and you can actually damage the muscle, and you will not get stronger as fast. So for the weight lifting, take at least one day off between sessions, or design your workout so you don't work the same muscle groups each day (e.g. do below the waist one day and above the waist the next).I say, keep at it. I work out every day myself, but I vary the activities and only do weights twice a week, which works for me.
whoa well you know when you hafta ask
Are you training for the Olympics? If you are then you should be training more. If not... then yes that is too much :)
Yea I think so.
No, not at all. I do more than that.
It is plenty of exercise, but if you can do it without any straining then it isn't any problem.
The only problem I see is that you may be spending too much time exercising yourself physically at the detriment of any mental stimulation and exercising. When you spell excersize and excersise in the same question rather than exercise, this seems to be an obvious issue. Not only do you misspell the same basic word twice, you don't even use the spell check to fix it. Spend more time on your mental abilities!
I don't think it's too much. You DO seem a little obseswsed, though. But if you like to exercise, keep it up. You probably need to rest every other day, so your body can relax. Bye.
I think that is too much. You may be doing your body more harm than good. Muscles need time to repair and rebuild. If you are working that much there is no way they can be repairing and rebuild in that time. If you do happen to get an injury it may take longer for it to heal because your body will be fatigued.
You are basically working some of the same muscles over and over during the same days.
You need to give your body a little healing time.
