Is this healthy?

I am 5'0 an weight 130lbs is that heathy??
Answer:
Your BMI is 25.4...so you are just slightly overweight (but not obese, so don't worry too much). You should aim to be at a BMI of just under 25. To achieve this you should be at a healthy weight of 127 pounds or slightly below that. You are very close to that weight...so it shouldn't take much to lose those few pounds. Just try to eat healthier and exercise. Good luck! Also, check out sparkpeople.com for a free diet and exercise plan. I used it and I went from being 154 pounds to 120 pounds. (I'm 5'5") I highly recommend their program!----------
to find out your body frame size check here: http://www.medindia.net/patients/calcula...
you will need either a measuring tape. or a piece of string and a ruler to measure the length of the string. what you are trying to achieve is the circumfrence of your wrist. If you're frame size is large then you are at a healthy weight for your body size.An easier way to do this if you don't have measuring tools is to wrap your middle finger and thumb around the opposite wrist (if you are right handed, use your left wrist, and vice versa). If your fingers overlap, your frame is small. If they just touch, then your frame is medium. And if they don't touch, then you have a large frame. This method is not as accurate as the one above, but it is an easier general indicator of your frame size.Also...if you have a lot of muscle or work out a lot then you are probably already at a healthy weight because muscle weighs more than fat. This is one of the major problems with the BMI calculator because everyone is different.I hope this helps!
Even if you are at a healthy weight (large frame, or a lot of muscle)...there is nothing wrong with continuing a healthy lifestyle with proper nutrition and exercise.--------------
One last thing, how old are you? Because if you are young or a teenager then you are probably still developing and your weight is very healthy and normal because you're body is still growing and you will most likely grow taller and thinner. That is what happened to me.
It's not obese. A lot of an appropriate weight depends also on your bone structure. Someone with a small frame should weigh less at that height than someone with a medium or large frame.
yup, ur healthy but it depends on a lot of things like bone structure and other stuff so depending on that u may need to lose a little bit but no more than like 5lbs. would be my guess. I wouldnt worry unless u were severely obese cuz than it would be a cause for concern but u should be fine.
