Is using the punching bag a cardio workout?


Answer:
yep especially if you box the bag instead of just stand there and hit it, throw different combos and keep moving the whole time, and its a very good workout after about 10-15 minutes
In can be depending on what you do at the same time. I have known some people to just hit without moving the rest of your body. Be sure to get your heart rate up by moving your feet all the time, going sideways to hit from other places, little tiny jumps to help you punch, will make sure you get the cardio workout you need.
