Long legs??

What length in inches, do you consider as having 'long legs'. Like how long? (Pretend there is no defined height, but what do YOU consider as long legs?)

34 TO 36 INCH INSEAM
I consider long legs to be how clothes are worn, not an actual length.Learning how to make your legs look long mean more to me than actual measurements.

If you look like a over strech frog.........fat on top and skinny on the bottom!!! If you look proportionaly like a giraffe without having the long neck you have rally long legs.That to me is a concept of a person having long legs!!!I would have to check your pic to see if there is any truth on who ever said you have long legs!

I get pants at 34in inseam but the website for long elegant legs sells pants for inseams of 39in.

I think it really does depend on your height though. And if you have a high waist. I'm only 5ft 2 but I have a really high booty -my inseem is 31inches

Lipo 6 users??

I am about to start taking lipo 6. I am not overweight, I'm 5'2'' 120 lbs. I work out and eat right. For years I have been trying to slim down my thighs and nothing works. I've never taken any supplements. Will taking lipo 6 help?
Please only answer if you have taken lipo 6. Did it work for you??

i can tell you that a supplement will not help you to slim down your thighs. try doing a bunch of squats and lunges in all directions to tone done that area and get a great butt.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. Limit on eggs per day?

So, I remember my mother telling me, ages past, that one should not eat more than X eggs a day. I've had 6 today? Aren't there repricussions for eating so many eggs?

3 eggs per WEEK
they are protien and not healthy to eat 6 a day
the only way you can do that is only 1 yolk
and the rest just the white part

Not really, we I eat 2-3 eggs a day for a week sometimes, no adverse reactions. You know eggs are just protein don't you?
yes....high choleserol...they have a ton of it.if you are going to eat that many take out the yolks.if you are going to eat them with the yolks try to limit to about 2 per week....otherwise your choleserol will be high.
2 a dat good source of protein but high in cholesterol. be carfull try oatmeal it really fills you up

No. some say eggs affect your cholesterol but unless you have a cholesterol problem there should be no problem.
wow 6..lol yeah i agree with you, the yolk is very delicious. lol but i've also been told that even though eggs are a good source of protein, you should limit them to about 3 times a week because you can get high cholesterol from them. but i don't blame you if you've eaten more than that in a week because their easy to good and you can make lots of things with them. but i agree buddy, the yolk is GOOD! lol

Lifting weights?

Is it true lifting weights can make you shorter,or if I lift to heavy,hear alot of people say that,is it just nonsense?

Yes it is true. My uncle was 5'10'' at 20 years old and lifted for 10 years, when he reached 30, he was only 5 feet tall.. thats like a loss of an inch a year...

I dont judge in that way. Are you happy with yourself? do you feel you are underweight? If not dont change for others and if so you can change how your physical body looks. But the most important thing is how you see yourself not others and how you feel.
