Loseing 10 pounds in a week and ahalf?

i have been working out pretty hard core sorta i have been doing leg workouts every night b4 bed and crunches i only eat yogurt and drink gatorade now.. im trying to lose weight. so could you please help me with some exercises and other stuff to lose 10 pounds in about a week and 1/2 please.... i mean i know u should only lose 2-1 a week but still... i wanna push it because i want to play softball or do gymnastics.

You are putting your health in serious risk by trying to do this. It is not healthy or realistic to lose this much weight so quick. You are putting yourself at risk for heart problems that could be fatal. By not eating regular food, you depriving your body of needed vitamins. Please go on a regular diet and do this in a healthy way. Doing things this way will only get you sick and make things worse off. Good Luck.
Working out that hard on only yogurt and Gatorade is extremely unhealthy. Your body needs protein and carbs to run properly. You are not getting healthy, fit or strong you are weakening your body and immune system and you need to stop now.
You probably don't want to hear this, but you canNOT safely lose 10 pounds in less than two weeks. To burn a pound of fat, you have to burn 3500 calories (either eat less or exercise more, or some combination of both). To burn so many calories in such a short amount of time will cause your body to enter starvation mode. Your metabolism will slow down and your body will hoard what little you're eating, rather than burning it efficiently. This will slow weight loss and cause you to eat even less/exercise even more, leading to even more problems. Your menstrual cycle may stop. Even if it starts again, you could be facing long-term fertility problems. Your organs may begin to shut down. Extreme undereating leads to long-term heart problems. In other words: it is NOT WORTH your health and wellbeing to lose a few pounds too quickly. Do it the healthy way: eat sensibly and exercise moderately. Start playing softball or doing gymnastics now to get your body in even better shape. Take care of yourself! You'll be glad you did.

seven fruits and veggies,you want to speed up your metabolism,lean muscle will burn more calories than fat.
You are starving yourself and are heading into some big problems. Yogurt and gaterade will not sustain your body, your mind or your general health. In fact the way you are going you won't be able to do gymnastics or play ball because you will be too weak.
Eat yogurt with some granola for breakfast, a salad for lunch %26 dinner should be some protein (meat) and vegetables. Drink 6-8 glasses of water a day.
Exercising before bed isn't a good idea either. You should do them in the morning or after school. Lots of walking, jogging or riding a bike will really help your legs %26 will help you lose weight.
Swimming is also a great way to tone up your entire body.
