Lose weight?

I want to lose about 10-20 pounds in the next few months. I dont eat a large variety of foods so most diets dont work very well. I dont like meat. I dont eat alot of food either, but i am trying to eat healthier. What exercise should i do to lose weight?

You don't have to go on a 'diet', just generally eat a bit more heathily. Make sure you drink plenty of water and eat 5 portions of fruit and veg a day. Have, for example, healthy cereal with skimmed milk for breakfast, or a low fat yoghurt and fruit. For lunch, a wholemeal sandwich, or a wholemeal wrap. Use low fat spread and a healthy filling - low fat cheese spread/salad/quorn slices (meat free), etc. For dinner, have carbs (potatoes/rice/pasta), veg and a main thing - as you don't like meat, this could be a veggie burger, a salad, an omlette, pasta in a homemade sauce, quorn stuff, etc.Just make sure you eat little and often, to keep your metabolism going. You don't have to exercise, but anything cardiovascular will help - running, jumping on a trampoline, cycling, aerobics, etc.

Cardio...you need to workout. Start by workout out for 30 minutes a day 3 days a week. Work you way up to at least 4-6 days week @ 45-60 minutes of cardio.
