Lose weight in 20 days???

Anyone have any healthy suggestions on losing weight? I'm going on a cruise on the 23rd and would like to lose a little weight so I can look hot in my bikini. Help!

I have to tell you that to lose a pound a day is very unhealthy. You should strive to lose about 1.5 to 2lbs a week. ***Only do this if you are in reasonably good health*** Okay, now that the Disclaimer is out of the way.Exercise for about 30-45 minutes twice per day (the slim in 6 workouts are good). In addition, dont take elevators, use stairs. If you take public transportation, dont take the bus or train that is close to you, walk to the next stop (ensure your safety, if the next stop is a mile away and its in the middle of the night then dont walk it). Food.
1. Eat LOTS of vegetables and fruits (the math should be three to one). If you dont like fruits and vegetables learn to love them. Your best bet for vegetables is leafy greens. Plaintains, bananas and potatoes are all out. Foods with a high water content is preferable because they fill you up faster. 2. You will be exercising so you need protein, eat legumes. When buying beans look at the package and see what the fiber content is, buy the package with the highest fiber content. If you can find one with a high fiber and protein content then all the better. 3. Cut out all processed foods. No bread, no sugar, no artificial sweeteners. This includes breads. 4. NO CAFFEINE. That means soda, coffee, energy drinks and anything that has caffeine. 5. Drink lots of water. Water is your best friend in this. 6. NO SALT. 7. Slow down when you eat so your body has time to let you know that it is full. ***Only do this if you are reasonably good health***
Do cardio and pilates. If you don't like running and you have Comcast OnDemand they have some cardio rutines that work. Good Luck!!

Walking about 30 minutes a day briskly helps
20 days, won't really help. You'll only lose like 4 pounds. But since you did do this on short notice, swimming and eating kashi does help.

skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
dont eat until your're full
eat fruits at night if your hungry.
