Lose weight?

i want to lose about 5 lbs per day how can i do that?

Sorry hun, thats not possible. AT MOST you could loose maybe a pound a day, but it takes extreme commitment. Just eat healthily, if you simply MUST have some chips, only have a serving %26 then work out extra hard. Drink LOTS of water, eat fruits %26 veggies, cut back 300-400 calories from what your eating now. Lift weights twice a week, do pilates once a week %26 work out EVERYDAY. Even if its just going for a short 30 min walk its still EXERCISE. Join a gym with a friend or bring your iPod/fav magazine %26 get on that bike!! Good luck! Feel free to email me for more help! 5 lbs per day?? I don't think that's even possible. Even 5 lbs per week is unhealthy unless you're really really overweight. Trust me, it's unhealthy. I'm a recovering exercise bulimic and I used to lose 6 lbs a week and I became sick because I lost too much weight and too fast. Be safe. You're only supposed to lose 1-2 lbs per week...3 lbs is kind of pushing it.
Join a wrestling team...wrestlers lose on average 4-5 lbs per practice...

That is too much weight to be loosing per day. You can harm your body if you loose weight too fast. What happens is you will end up loosing muscle before fat and you will gain twice the weight back. Your best bet is to eat right and exercise at least 30 mins a day. If you exercise daily, you will gain muscle but loose fat.

Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
