Loosing weight and gaining muscle?

What are some good and effective ways to prepare for beach season. I would like to loose weight and gain muscle in the arms, chest and stomach.
Im 14 so I can't just run over to the gym when i feel like.
Answer:
Participate in as many cardio activities, such as soccer, as possible in school or local clubs which will improve your stamina and burn fat. Get light weights which you can use at home which will work to build your muscle bulk and don鈥檛 forget to stretch. Most people, especially men, don鈥檛 do this but I promise you that id you stretch consistently you will see better results and will be less likely to suffer from any injuries.In terms of your diet make sure to eat protein, especially after exercise, to help build muscle. Drink as much water as possible, at least 2 litres a day. Eat complex carbs such as brown (whole wheat) pasta and rice and try to avoid transfats, which are found in fast food, chips and biscuits and eat 鈥榞ood鈥?fat which is contained in things like avocadoes, cheese and fish. Also try and make the bulk of your meals fruit or vegetables, this will help you burn fat as your calorie intake will be lower and you will look better on the beach as the vitamins and minerals found in these foods will give you clearer skin and shiner hair.
Eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Nothing except water in between. Chew each morsel at least 32 times so that ur body systems start functioning and give u signals that u have had enough.Take light exercises and walks regularly. U will achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable time span and u will also be able to maintain it.
just thought you would want to know muscle weights more then fat so you end up a bit heaver then b4, just so you know take a picture b4 as the scales are pointless
