Lose Weight?

People please help me and give me great tips on how to lose weight!! Like by May!!

Omg i lost soo much weight afer having a baby just by....
Staying under 1400 calories, if i ate something sweet i used splenda instead of sugar taste the same.
Kept body moving anything to keep heart racing and causing me to seat alot. Cleaned cleaned and more cleaning.
Drink plenty of water stay away from scamming diet pills that will cause you to crash during the day and feel even more hungry.
Stayed away from large amounts of sodium.
Jumped rope for as little as 2 minutes to get my heart pumping fast. When heart is racing it's burning fat!!!!
I lost 60 pounds would have been more but i gained muscle so i would be toned.
Lost in alomost 3 months maybe less to where i was still losing it healthy because i still ate 1400 calories and it was all healthy never felt i was on a diet.

The best way to KEEP the weight off is by balancing your intake and calories. First suggestions would be to go to www.mypyramid.gov to see how many calories you need based on your height and gender. Then go to www.fitday.com to enter your daily intake (compare the two...it is possible to eat too little calories and slow down your metabolism to the point where you aren't losing an effective amount of weight). Increasing your physical activity would be tip #2. Depending on your current activity level, you may need to start with only 20 minutes a day 3 days a week. Then every 2 weeks, add another 10 minutes until you get to 45 minutes 5 days a week. Physical activity will help you burn calories and increase metabolism (thereby burning more calories at rest) by increasing muscle. Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Start smoking and washing down diet pills with Red Bull... OK, that will work, but it will put you in an early grave. Try this:
-Eat much less fat and sugar and drink more water (always order water and skip dessert).
-Eat 5-6 smaller meals instead of 3 larger ones (this is difficult, but will raise your metabolism).
-Do 20+ minutes of cardio before breakfast every morning (anything that will raise your heart rate will do).
-Work out with weights 3-4 times in the week (if you can't afford a gym membership, just buy some dumbbells).
-Get 6-8 hours of sleep every night (preferably 8).
-Start drinking green tea every day (recent scientific research suggests that green tea has potent fat-burning properties).
-Be consistent!
