I've been doing push-ups lately, and I want to know if it's better to do them everyday or skip a day?

In other words should I do one hundred everyday or do them every other day?
Answer:
I suggest doing push ups everyday. I have my clients perform as many as they can each day. The only reason not to do them is if it becomes boring and you need a break. They will only make your entire body stronger.
every day
do them for 3 days then have a day off. this will give your body a break and make the ones you do more effective!!
every other day to let the muscles you've just built up rest and then re-build them more the next day.
100 everyday
It's okay to do them everyday as long as you have a nutritious diet.
it is better to do it every other day at first and then every day after a month or 2.
everyday but maybe not as much if your new at it try 50 seee how it goes
Everyday and try to increase it by 10% every week.
In the army - Everyday ! Except Sunday the day of rest !
100 isn't that much so you can do that everyday. If you are doing a lot then you can still do them everyday, but vary the intensity.For example one week could look like this: do like 500 push-ups on Monday, back down the intensity on Tuesday and do like 200, on Wednesday do like 300, Thursday do 400, Friday 100, Saturday 500, Sunday 50. It depends how you feel.
