Great choice! Don't worry excessively about the mercury issue unless you are eating this more than 3 days/week. The protein and whole grain bread are both wonderful. Try to get 100% whole grain if possible.

Tuna is an excellent source of protein! Whole wheat bread is also the way to go. White bread raises insulin levels much more than wheat bread. When insulin levels are high, it's a breeding ground for fat to enter adipose (fat) tissue.
Yes. And so is salmon. But make sure you dont get too much of either. Take small but good sized portions. lol i just saw this on tv yesterday... :)

Yes and the mayo makes it somewhat unhealthy so I use balsamic vinegar, egg, olives, pickle, red pepper. Sometimes all together, sometimes 1 or 2 items.
