to lose about 20 pounds by july? so that would be like 5 pounds a month. i'm only about 20 pounds overweight and id like to be able to be in a bikini this year.also, what kinds of things could i have for dinner/pack for lunch? i usually eat what my mom cooks which is easy to prepare things which arent very healthy. so i'm going to start making my own meals. ideas please. :]

twenty pounds is a lot of weight to drop and you have to do it safely or else it will all come back and then some. You can prepare anything that you want for yourself as long as you make sure there aren't a whole lot of carbs. Get a lot of protein, fruit, and don't eat fast food---EVER. Also, exercising is just as important as your diet. Shoot for at least 30 minutes a day of some sort of exercise. Good Luck!
I would say lots of fruit, fruity granola bars, excercise and don't watch too much TV or go on the comp. too much...hehe Uhhhh, also if you don't loose as much as you would like too, instead of getting a bikini, you could get a tankini...its like a tank but not a 1 piece....just a suggestion
