Is this wrong?

I recently discovered this REALLY NICE gym. It has everything i want. I have been going for free. I just walk in and start working out. Can i get arrested for this? My motto is if they are gonna let me do it why not?

I don't think you'll get arrested but personally I'd find it VERY embarrassing to have someone have to kick me out of a gym.Why don't you approach the owner and tell him/her that you really like their gym and would love to join it and that you'd be willing to work there a couple hours a week in exchange for a free membership. Be sincere, be honest, ask for what you want and you may be surprised with the results!

if ur supposed to pay then they will kick u out if they find u. if they keep kicking u out and u keep coming back then they will get u for trespassing and yes that can result in arresting and court appearance

It is morally wrong to do it. If you go into a store and walk out with a purse and go unnoticed, it doesn't make it right. You are blaming the business owner for letting you steal.That gym is really nice because people pay a lot of money to go there, probably because it is worth it to avoid the crowds at regular gyms.You will not likely be arrested, but you are trespassing, which is a misdemeanor (a felony if you start keeping towels and going through peoples wallets in the locker room).You are asking the question because you have a conscience, now listen to her.
