How many capfuls of cleanse do i drink perday? I am confused on how to use it!!

Did you get a booklet with your product?

Your cleansing coach should be able to help explain how the program works.
The cleasning drink is 4 ounces, 4 times a day on your cleanse days.
If you are on a 9 day it's 2 cleanse days, then 5 shake days, then 2 cleanse days. Really check with your coach for the best tips for you. If you don't have one I'm sure mine will help - she's really into this stuff.www.malfox.isagenix.com
